This 360° interactive short film is responding to the topics of maltreatment and legislation oversight in the context of animal research and testing. The project's objective is to critically examine the lived experiences of rats within laboratory settings, focusing on conditions, stressors, and well-being.
The production took place over several months and involved collaborations with academics as well as institutions such as PETA and BRP. The interiors and animation were designed within Cinema 4D using Octane Render and later combined with sound design in Premiere Pro to facilitate a 360° panoramic render.
